Hair Conditioners with Brassicyl Valinate Esylate Patented by P&G

Procter and Gamble has been awarded two new patents for hair conditioners that incorporate Brassicyl valinate esylate.
US Patent No. 11,633,336 B2 (Jean Jianqun Zhao, Heather Lynn Focht, Kristi Lynn Carithers, Susanne Will, Tiffany Tien-Yun Yang, Pallavi Mohan Keole, John Thomas Webber) is for a leave-on hair conditioner that contains water; Brassicyl valinate esylate; fatty alcohol selected from the group consisting of cetyl alcohol, bras sica alcohol, stearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol; a preservative system consisting of on system that contains sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate; and second preservative selected from the group consisting of glyceryl caprylate, glyceryl caprate, glyceryl undecylenate and mixtures thereof, wherein the preservative system is free of a preservative ingredient selected from the group consisting of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, salts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, isothiazolinones, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, cyclohexyl glycerin, parabens, and combinations thereof; Amino sensyl; glycerin; Safflower oil; sclerotium gum; perfume; citric acid L-Arginine or Calcium gluconate.
The composition is free of behentrimonium chloride, behentrimonium methosulfate, cetrimonium chloride, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, bras sicamidopropyl dimethylamine, behenamidopropyl dimethylamine, quaternized ammonium salts, amidoamines, silicone, propellants, phthalates, dyes, sulfates, formaldehyde donors, and combinations thereof.
In US Patent No. 11,633,338 B2 (Jean Jianqun Zhao, Heather Lynn Focht, Kristi Lynn Carithers, Susanne Will, Lina Aurora Witte, John Thomas Webber) Procter & Gamble has patented a hair conditioner that contains water; Brassicyl valinate esylate; two fatty alcohols, wherein the first fatty alcohol is cetyl alcohol and the second fatty alcohol is selected from the group consisting of brassica alcohol, stearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol; a preservative system wherein the first preservative is sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate; and a second preservative, wherein the second preservative is selected from the group consisting of glyceryl caprylate, glyceryl caprate, glyceryl undecylenate and mixtures thereof and wherein the preservative system is free of a preservative ingredient selected from the group consisting of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, salts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, isothiazolinones, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, cyclohexyl glycerin, parabens, and combinations thereof; Amino sensyl; glycerin; Safflower oil; orange wax; perfume; citric acid, L-Argininc or Calcium gluconate. This composition, which comprises a uniform Lβgel network, is free of behentrimonium chloride, behentrimonium methosulfate, cetrimonium chloride, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine, behenamidopropyl dimethylamine, quaternized ammonium salts, amidoamines, silicone, propellants, phthalates, dyes, sulfates, formaldehyde donors, and combinations thereof.
